- Each exercise is 30-seconds long. After 5 exercises give yourself a 30-second rest. This workout has 9 exercises. Complete 3 sets if you are advanced, 2 if you are intermediate and 1 if you are a beginner. Beginners- Add in a 30-second rest in between each exercise if needed.
